Gluten-Free Spaghetti Hoops and Meatballs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF. In a bowl, stir together the panko breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning mix, three onion rub, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the ground turkey to a separate large bowl, then add the egg and breadcrumb mixture. Use your hands or the Deluxe Stand Mixer to mix everything together until combined. 
  3. Divide using the small stainless steel scoop and shape the meat into roughly 40 meatballs.
  4. Place the shaped meatballs on a half sheet pan. Transfer the meatballs to the oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While Meatballs Cook

  1. Add the olive oil and pressed garlic clove to a non-stick saucepan and warm over a low heat for a couple of minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour the tomato sauce and hot water into the saucepan. 
  3. Crumble in the vegetable stock cube, stir and bring to the boil.
  4. Turn down to a simmer and add the gluten free Anellini pasta. Simmer and cook for roughly 15 minutes, or until the pasta has absorbed most of the liquid, stirring occasionally.
